The goal was to highlight the hi-tech character of EMS—a company devoted to experimentation and capable of producing high-performance solutions—without neglecting attention to the end customer. OTIX developed a fresh and direct language to enhance the relationship EMS wishes to establish with its clients, transforming it into a central element of the brand perception. This communication approach was designed to bring out EMS's ability to offer high-quality technological solutions alongside a customer care service distinguished by availability and active listening. OTIX also developed an integrated communication strategy, which includes creating a consistent brand identity across all channels. In addition to the logo restyling, social media channels were launched to establish an active and engaging online presence, and the website was activated as a point of reference for clients and partners.
